 r session\n\nThe Young Writers Intensive is an opportunity for talented aut
 hors and dedicated novelists to\nimmerse themselves in a variety of literar
 y experiences. Our 1-week middle school camp is filled with scripted prompt
 s activities and knowledgeable instructors that look to fan the flames of e
 ach participant's creativity. Each day the intensive will offer a very spec
 ific skill set teaching fiction creative non-fiction digital storytelling a
 nd poetry slam while also engaging the group in broader viewpoints such as 
 the different ways to approach writing principles and the business of publi
 shing. The in-person experience is monitored with your student's safety in 
 mind. And designed in (5) 45-minute workshop/master class sessions. Before 
 the hour 15-minute breaks and 30-45 minute lunch break. Each writer will al
 so have peer feedback and get a one-on-one opportunity with the instructor 
 to discuss a current project they have in the works. Throughout the intensi
 ve writers are introduced to fundamentals that build on their current under
 standing and prepare them for future grade level criteria. Team building ac
 tivities are also provided to strengthen the sense of community keep the fu
 n atmosphere and provide new ways to expand the writer's thinking. By the e
 nd of the experience\, your young writer will have a deeper knowledge of st
 orytelling.\n\nEach session will keep to all health and safety protocols of
