"The Pollinators" Virtual Screening

"Do you care about sustainable agriculture? Did you know that over one third of all the crops that we eat rely on bees? Join the Bee Society for a free virtual viewing of the documentary ""The Pollinators"" from the comfort of your own dorm/home/apartment at 7pm on April 20th, 2021. Popcorn and other snacks strongly encouraged! (This event is one of many during our annual Bee Aware Week, so stay tuned for more!)

From the film's producers: ""Our complex food system rests on the wings of the honey bee and the commercial beekeepers that move them from farm to orchard. Billions of honey bees are trucked around the US, pollinating the crops that produce the food we eat. The Pollinators tells the story of this migration with beekeepers and experts who warn that the bees and our food supply are in peril.”"
After signing up, participants will receive a Zoom invitation to the screening an hour beforehand!
