Join Dr. Breanna J. McDaniel as she shares her journey to writing, from Atlanta roots to the experiences that inspire her books. She’ll discuss the importance of representation for children of color, especially Black children, and her work in humorous storytelling, a bold space for Black women authors. Enjoy readings from IMPOSSIBLE MOON and CUTE TOOT, followed by a Q&A. Books will be available for purchase through Charis Books.
