About this Event
Agnes Scott’s Spring Annual Research Conference (SpARC) began in 1990 and by the year 2000 the conference had grown so much that President Mary Brown Bullock decided to officially give a day off from classes, so that students and faculty could attend each year. Now in its 30th year, SpARC has continued to grow and it is an event we look forward to each year.
Students have the opportunity to present their research and creative scholarship for the entire campus community during this on-campus undergraduate research conference- a valuable leadership and professional development experience. We celebrate the vision and innovation of our burgeoning leaders as we attend oral presentations, performances, and view poster exhibits.
SpARC is supported by the Science Center for Women, with additional thanks to the CDVL (Center for Digital and Visual Literacy), CWS (Center for Writing and Speaking), and the ETC (Educational Technology Center).
