DESCRIPTION:This session in the Professional Success in Public Health serie
s will help you plan your graduate school search and help you decide which
schools and programs to apply to. We will cover key criteria to consider
when comparing schools and programs\, and provide a template for a grad sc
hool application planning spreadsheet.\n\nThis session is primarily for st
udents and alumnae who plan to apply to Public Health graduate programs w
ithin the next two years\, but is open to all interested students. There a
re generally no prerequisite courses for Public Health graduate school (th
e one exception is that Epidemiology and Biostatistics programs sometimes
want students to have taken Calculus). That means that you do not need to
be a Public Health major\, or even have taken a single public health cours
e\, to apply to graduate school in Public Health.
