This session provides a broad overview of the field of public health, including the core disciplines of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Social Behavioral Sciences, Environmental Health, Health Policy & Management, and Global Health. Students examine biological, socio-cultural and environmental determinants of disease to better understand the causes of health disparities in the United States and elsewhere.
