Public Safety would like to invite all undergraduate and graduate students to attend a 2-week series of personal defense classes facilitated by trained instructors.

The self-defense program is designed to focus on instinctive self-defense strategies where students will learn how to defend themselves against larger, stronger attackers using techniques based on leverage, timing, and energy efficiency, regardless of age, size, or athletic ability.

Participation is open to all Scotties, inclusive of all gender identities. Registration and signed waivers are required to attend.

While SPACES ARE LIMITED for each class and lessons are progressive, students can opt to join BOTH or one session in the Lower Evans Dining Hall.
