The Department of Creative Arts presents an original adaptation of the podcast, Million Bazillion, as a family-friendly show that makes learning about money fun for all ages. This project is grant-funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities and adapts segments of NPR's Marketplace podcast "Million Bazillion" for the stage. The show runs about an hour, with songs like "Dollar Scholar," "Open-ended Question Maker-Upper Formula," and "The Rewind Song." The musical aims to teach the audience about money and the economy through their interactions with four middle schoolers who are also learning about money and the economy (Benny, Bridget, Ronnie, and Jay). Free for ASC students, faculty, staff & kids 12 and under, $8 for 13 and up.
