The college offers faculty grants to support their scholarship and teaching from two main sources, Professional Development Committee Grants, and Holder Innovation Grants. At this workshop faculty members who have received these grants will talk about their successful grant proposals and how the funding helped them complete the work. All are welcome, but we especially urge faculty who have never applied for these grants to attend this useful and interesting session. Emily Stone will talk about the application process and the timeline. Guest speakers will include Erin Bradley, Charlotte Artese, Toby Emert, Doug Falen, Li Qi, and Patricia Schneider. Qiao Solomon will speak on behalf of the PDC; Emily Stone will speak on behalf of our office of sponsored programs.
