The Catalyst Leaders Program is a three-year, cohort-based leadership development program sponsored by The Gué Pardue Hudson Center for Leadership and Service that helps students further establish their identity, develop purpose, live honorably, and create change. Students matriculate through the Catalyst Leaders Program as a cohort, attending a weekend-long retreat in the fall, and participating in ongoing leadership workshops and other fully funded exclusive leadership development opportunities such as attending conferences and monthly lunches.
