Join us for an afternoon of compelling chamber music featuring works by Esteban Benzecry and Johannes Brahms. Cellist Jesús Castro-Balbi and pianist Elena Dorozhkina open the program with Benzecry’s vibrant and evocative Rapsodia Andina, followed by Brahms’s sweeping Cello Sonata No. 2 in F Major, Op. 99.

The program culminates in Brahms’s richly expressive String Sextet No. 2 in G Major, Op. 36, featuring Qiao Chen Solomon and Eun Young Jung, violins; Julia Bullard and Kathryn Schmidt Steely, violas; and James Kim and Jesús Castro-Balbi, cellos.
