Please join Middle Eastern Studies for April Ful’s, where we’ll be serving ful sandwiches! Ful (pronounced fool) is a traditional fava bean stew made of olive oil, spices, and garlic, topped with vegetables and herbs of your choice. It is a staple food in Egypt and Sudan and a comfort food to many.
