#StopAsianHate Anti-Racism Panel and Discussion

A discussion on Anti-Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander racism:

What does it mean to be anti-racist in an Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) context? How can others be an ally to the AANHPI community? Amidst the spike in anti-Asian hate crimes and the murder of 6 Asian women in Atlanta, we invite you to dig into questions like these with a panel of AANHPI leaders and advocates.

Panelists will include:

  • Karina Leung ‘18, Agnes Scott College Center for Sustainability Fellow
  • Kawena Kapahua, Political Activist and Hawaiian Kingdom Advocate
  • Marvin Lim, Georgia State Representative for House District 99
  • Raymond PartolanTrainer, Strategist, and Consultant

  • Moderator: Brittany Judson ‘21, ASC Alumnae
