Astronomy
Q&A with Professors Lovell and De Pree
Unfortunately our scheduled February speaker (Charlee Bennett) has had to
cancel. So instead of our previously advertised program, Professors Amy Lovell
and Chris De Pree will entertain your questions on issues recent and ancient in
astronomy. We will open the session by sharing some recent astronomy news, and
then open the floor to your questions. We will do our best to answer them, and
if we can't, we'll be happily "stumped". After the Astronomy Q&A,
we will have our traditional planetarium show and observations with the Beck
Telescope (weather permitting).
